Glo Hotel Sello & gratuitous @PortaPocketGal wallet shot for #traveltuesday

I'm in Espoo, Finland this week, heading next week to Salo, Finland, teaching computer classes in both locations. Last time I was in Finland, in June, I flew into Helsinki (HEL), then took the train out to Salo (a 1.5 hour ride west), for a week. Since I had an early (6am) flight home the Saturday morning after the class, I took the train back Friday afternoon and stayed at the airport hotel at Vantaa Airport (HEL), which turned out to be a Glo Hotel. A similar little guy like this one greeted me on the bed. He's back, with my PortaPocket wallet that has my Saints debit card from Whitney Bank in it!

Here's the hotel. Espoo is a suburb of Helsinki. This hotel is right on the commuter rail line, so I can hop the train and go into downtown Helsinki in the evenings if I choose.

Here's my room on the 4th floor.

The restaurant's changed since the hotel was a Sokos last time I was here. Then it was an "American Fusion" place (never did figure that that was). Now it's an Italian/Pizza place. We'll see...
